Kazakhstan Reign Supreme at ATF 12&U Central Asia Regional Qualifying

India’s favorite Rohan Bopanna and partner Denis Shapovalov of Canada edged their way into the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament semi-finals with a 6-2, 3-6, 10-7 victory over fourth seeds and 2015 champions Jean-Julien Rojer of Netherlands and Romania’s Horia Tecau in 74 minutes.

Bopanna and Shapovalov, who reached their first ATP Tour final in June last year at the MercedesCup in Stuttgart (l. to Peers/Soares), will next meet the winners of the quarterfinal between Henri Kontinen and Jan-Lennard Struff, and, Jamie Murray and Neal Skupski.
