Forging strength and enhancing tennis development
In a visit to Astana by new leadership team of Uzbekistan Tennis Federation, we witnessed great exchanges between President & Secretary General UTF and President ATF to draw roadmap for enhanced development pathways for the Central Asian region and Asia. UTF pledged their support for Asian activities and will be working together as a strong arm of the ATF.
Mr. Rakhimov Batyr, President UTF also had a special session with Mr. Bulat Utemuratov, who is ITF Vice President and President KTF and conveyed his deep appreciation for the immense contribution by him for raising level of tennis not only in Kazakhstan but also in whole of Asia. Mr. Bulat, who represents Asia at the highest level, was happy to meet the new energetic team of UTF and assured them of full support for their initiatives from ITF and ATF. They had an understanding of closer collaboration between the two nations for benefit of tennis. Mr. Rakhimov was proud to state that in his tenure the first Asian activity in Uzbekistan is the hosting of the dream project of Mr Bulat – ATF 12&U Team competition for Central Asia.
The day in Astana had begun bright and grew brighter with the great meetings and exchanges amongst the leaders of Tennis
