The annual affair at Asia playoff of Les Petitis Tournament , will NOT feature this year. The burnt is faced by this year’s edition due to covid-19 pandemic which must be really dis heartening for the young and budding future Asian players.

“DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE 2021 EDITION OF LES PETITS AS – LE MONDIAL LACOSTE HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 2021. AS A CONSEQUENCE, THE INTERNATIONAL PLAYOFFS ORGANIZED IN USA AND ASIE HAVE BEEN POSTPONED AS WELL.”
The travel restrictions on the continent and the substantial disparities of health situations between Asian countries don’t allow us to gather the best players on a single event this summer.
In order to avoid any kind of inequality depending on the nationality of the players, Les Petits As has decided – exceptionally – not to organize the Asia Playoffs for the 2021 edition.
Therefore, players and federations are invited to submit an official Wild Card request for the next edition of Les Petits As – Le Mondial Lacoste in September 2021. The directors will treat each request with attention and interest, and will try to allocate Wild Cards in the fairest possible way.
Please address your Wild Card requests to the following before 20th July 2021
In this email, indicate all the necessary information to review your application:
Full name of the player;
Nationality;
Birth date;
Ranking (Asian Tennis, ITF, UTR);
Achievements (titles, best results, etc).
