Lee storms into semifinals of Samsung Cup

Hyung-Taik Lee of Korea has stormed into the semifinals of the $100,000 Samsung Securities Cup in Seoul, Korea. The third seeded Lee defeated Jan Mertl of Czech Republic in two straight sets 6-2 6-4. He will now take on eighth seeded Melle van Gemerden of Netherlands in the semifinal.
