Thrid seeded duo of Yan Zi and Jie Zheng of China have won the womens doubles title at $1,340,000 Internazionali d'Italia 2006 in Rome Italy. They defeated fifth seeded pair of Elena Dementieva of Russia and Flavia Penneta of Italy 62 63 in the finals.
