Top seeded pair of Hyung-Taik Lee of Korea and Cecil Mamiit of Philippines have won the mens doubles title of $50,000 HTV Challenger Romano Cup in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. They upset Jacob Adaktusson of Sweden and Dudi Sela of Israel in two straight sets 6-4 6-2.
