Rupesh partenered with Hsin Haan Lee of Chinese Taipei to register a convincing 6-7 (2) 6-3 6-4 win against Edgar Rodriguez of Columbia and Jose-Roberto Velasco of Bolivia in boy's doubles second round. But India's Sanaa Bhambri and Wing Yau Venise Chan of Hong Kong were tamed by the top seeded pair of Kristina Antoniychuk of Ukraine and Alexandra Dulgheru of Romania in the singles second round.
