Paes, Damm storm into quarterfinals

Seventh seeded pair of Leander Paes of India and Martin Damm of Czech Republic stormed into the quarterfinals of the mens doubles in A$ 19,300,000 Australian Open in Melbourne, Australia. Paes and Damm defeated Mahesh Bhupathi of India and Wesley Moodie of South Africa in three sets 3-6 6-3 6-2 in the third round. They will now take on second seeded duo of Jonas Bjorkman of Sweden and Max Mirnyi of Belarus in the quarterfinal.
