THE 2ND EVER ITF/OLYMPIC SOLIDARITY REGIONAL LEVEL 3 COACHING COURSE

The 2nd ever ITF/Olympic Solidarity Regional Level 3 Coaching Course was held at the Rama Garden Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand from 5-18 Dec 2005 in conjunction with the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand (LTAT).

The course was conducted by Miguel Crespo, ITF Research Officer, and Machar Reid, ITF Expert.

15 coaches from 8 different countries participated to develop their high performance coaching skills which included a number of Davis Cup captains, former Davis Cup & Fed Cup players, Technical Directors of Federations and Head Coaches of National Training Centres. The participants were exposed to and assessed regarding their understanding / application of tactics, biomechanics, psychology, physical conditioning, teaching methodology and planning at the elite level.

The following candidates have been certified as level III coaches:
